Authentic European Breads
Mary's Market has been a pioneer in the development of authentic European baking traditions and a resource for gourmet bread since 1982. The ingredients in our breads are all natural, without a trace of preservatives or additives as bread loses it character when you start adding in these unnatural ingredients. Our baking process is slow and natural and we use little or no oil.

Storing and Freezing
Our breads keep fresh exceptionally well due to a slow fermentation process. For next day use, close the bread bag and store in a cool dry place, avoid refrigeration. The next day refresh the bread by placing the unwrapped loaf in a 400 degree over for 10 minutes. For even better results, spray or sprinkle a small amount of water ont eh bread. For longer storage, place part or all of the bread in an airtight bag and freeze. Thaw and use the same refreshing process as above.
